B&G manufactures bearings for industrial valves mounted on water, air and gas equipment and diamond and chrome-plated bearings to high-precision thickness. Production happens in different ways starting from brass bundles or solid pressed, hollow or cast brass balls. Then the products are milled, drilled and diamond turned. Lastly the ball bearings undergo surface treatment – chrome plating, nickel plating, Teflon application and T.E.A.® coating. ®.
