We are specialized in Rotating Tool Lathes (RTL) that operate oppositely compared to the traditional tool lathes: the workpiece is fixed and the tool is rotating. The ambition of identifying and analysing the problems of our customers and offering a solution accordingly is our main key to success. We are not only providing a machine but a complete solution. To do so, our standard machines can be modified according to our customers’ complex pipe preparation requirements. By the means of our market knowledge, experience, customer-centric approach, and resources we have successfully engineered, manufactured, and delivered over 400 pipe preparation machinery to more than 40 countries.

We offer our customers three lines of CNC machines with a 2-year warranty: •CO2 laser machines are used to engrave and cut non-metallic materials such as wood, plywood, cardboard, plastics, rubber, leather, fabric, fur, plexiglass (acrylic), PET, and MDF. •CNC routers used a spindle to cut and engrave a wide range of materials (wood, plexiglass, MDF). •Fiber optic laser machines are used to mark and engrave a wide range of metals. Our warehouse and showroom are located in Zaltbommel in the Netherlands. Virmer’s team speaks English, Dutch, German, French, and Spanish. We provide consultation for free, so please reach out.
